*Description of Grades
Grade A
Medium Amber		 Pure Vermont maple syrup, medium amber in color, with a more pronounced maple flavor than Fancy.  Many people prefer this grade for general table use.
Grade A
Dark Amber		 Pure Vermont maple syrup, dark amber in color, with a stronger maple flavor than Medium Amber.
Grade B Pure Vermont maple syrup with the strongest maple flavor and darkest color.  (good for cooking)
